RETURN POLICY

BOOK RETURN POLICY:
All books or workbooks must be in resalable and pristine condition (no scratches on covers, no writing in books, no bent pages, etc., and packed carefully for return so none of this occurs).

DVDs:
DVD training materials are non-returnable. However, items that will not run as a result of compatibility and/or playback issues will be replaced given the following conditions: customer may replace a scratched or damaged DVD for a $25 per DVD replacement fee.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED:
James D. Meadows & Associates, Inc., requires a Return Authorization prior to returning book purchases for credit and such requests must be within 45 days of invoice date. Damaged books or workbooks will not be issued credit or refund.

Call (615) 924-3600 to obtain your Return Authorization approval number. Please have your invoice number, your purchase order number, item ISBN number, title and quantity of the book(s) or workbook(s) to be returned. Returned items will not be accepted for credit or refund without an issued Return Authorization number.

Items authorized for return must be clearly labeled on the outside of the carton(s) with the Return Authorization number, as well as including a copy of the reference invoice inside the carton(s). Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. COD’s not acceptable.
