CONSULTING SERVICES

GETTING STARTED…
James D. Meadows & Associates, Inc., would be happy to review your project needs and provide a quote (per job or hourly rates). In order to provide you with a quote for services, the prospective client must supply the project information to us. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to narrow down the quote. Your project information may include any sketches, drawings, CAD files, models, etc.

Step 1: - Get a Confidentiality Agreement in place before sharing information
We recommend that you submit a Confidentiality Agreement prior to any information disclosure. The prospective client may use our Confidentiality Agreement form in order to provide information to us so we may provide a quote for design or engineering services. It is just a courtesy to help protect confidential information of the prospective client.

Step 2: - Provide project information upon which a quote will be based
Prospective client will submit information to James D. Meadows & Associates, Inc., for review. Prospective client should only send copies of the original material initially.

Step 3: - Get an estimated quote for the services requested
James D. Meadows & Associates, Inc., will provide a written estimated quote for the services based on the information provided by prospective client.
